FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?
We are pleased to offer same day appointments to our patients and clients. If you however are looking for a specific time or day, we do recommend that you book in advance as soon as you know when you would like to come in.

  2. Can Dr. Eaton fill out my passport papers?
If Jeff has known you for more than the required 2 years, he would be pleased to help. Please let us know when you are dropping off the required documents and you may pick them up the next business day.

  3. Can I come in when I'm pregnant?
Definately! All of our health care professionals are specially trained in treating both low and high risk pregnant women. We would be happy to answer any specific questions about your pregnancy and how we can help. Every pregnancy is different and your treatments will be personally catered to you.

  4. Do I need a referral?
No, we do not require a referral for you to see any of our professionals. Please be aware that some (but not all) benefit companies do require a Medical Physician's referral to be covered for Massage Therapy. Please contact your benefit company or booklet to find out if this applies to you.

  5. Am I always going to have this health problem?
We all have different health care problems and respond differently to treatment. During your initial exam we will let you know what we believe from our professional experience how you will respond. Some patients feel better after one treatment and have no need to return and some patients need a series of treatments. All of our professionals give home care advise to help you continue to get better as quickly as possible even when you're not in the office.

6. Who should I see?
When you call or email the office for an appointment, depending on your problem or appointment time preferences, we will let you know who the best professional would be for you at that time. In our office you are welcome to continue to see the same person or switch professionals (within a profession or to a new profession) at any time. Some people prefer to see more than one professional for a specific problem ie: low back pain - Chiropractic for musculoskeletal pain relief along with Naturopathic to address diet concerns for inflammatory issues.
7. What are your hours?
We have appointments available Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 8:30pm as well as most Saturdays.
8. What form of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit and cash. You will get a receipt to submit to your benefit company or to keep for your year end taxes.
