Acupuncture with a Chiropractor or Massage Therapist:

Jeff and Kristen both incorporate acupuncture with some of their treatments to help with chronic pain, headaches and other musculoskeletal conditions.

Acupuncture involves the use of very fine needles, inserted into specific areas of your body and is effective for many conditions.  By inserting fine needles into channels of energy called Meridians or into Ah Shi points, the body’s own healing response is stimulated and restores its natural balance.

The principle aim of acupuncture is to treat the whole body in order to recover the equilibrium between the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of an individual.

The number of treatments will vary from person to person. Most people notice subtle changes within the first 3 treatments. Treatment frequency depends on a variety of factors such as your constitution, the severity and duration of the problem.

Acupuncture with a Chiropractor or RMT is often used to treat the following:

  • Back pain

  • Headaches

  • Repetitive strain injuries

  • Shoulder pain

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome

  • Shin splints

    Common question regarding receipts:
Acupuncture is a modality that we use under our designations Chiropractic & Massage Therapy.  Therefore this is what your receipt will reflect if you are looking at your extended benefit plan coverage.
